  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior by a child or parent may result in corrective action or discontinuation of services

7. Communication Policy (Including RCS / WhatsApp / SMS)

By submitting your contact details, you agree to receive communications from Pratha Preschool via:

  • Phone calls
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • RCS (Rich Communication Services)
  • Email

These communications may include:

  • Admission updates
  • Notices and announcements
  • Event reminders
  • Emergency alerts

You acknowledge that:

  • These are essential service-related communications
  • They may be sent even if your number is registered under DND
  • You may opt out by contacting us, though this may affect your ability to receive important updates

8. Media Consent (Photos & Videos)

Pratha Preschool may capture photographs or videos of children during activities, events, or classroom sessions.

By enrolling your child, you grant consent for:
